A New Way to Learn and Connect with the World
Our International Exchange and Overseas Study Programs provide students with the valuable experience of attending local schools and learning and interacting with children of the same age in countries such as Australia and China.
A chance to transcend language and cultural differences and expand your world. Through "live learning" that cannot be learned in a classroom, we nurture an international mindset, self-confidence, and potential for the future.
Don't worry if this is your first time abroad. We offer a full range of local support and exchange activities, creating an environment where you can grow while having fun.
The 2nd International Children's Art Exhibition
The 2nd International Children's Art Exhibition, organized by the CCAC Cultural Arts Center, successfully opened on August 5, 2025 at the Nishinomiya City Civic Gallery in Hyogo Prefecture. The exhibition will run until August 10.
More than 100 works by children from six countries (China, Japan, Australia, Korea, Germany, and France) were submitted for this exhibition, and more than 70 works were screened and displayed. A wide variety of expressions, including ink, crayon, colored pencil, and oil paintings, were on display, with children freely depicting their imagination and understanding of nature, life, and dreams. In the special "Digital Painting Zone," works created using tablets and other devices were also exhibited, drawing attention to the artistic expressions of the next generation.
A "video corner" will be set up in the exhibition hall, showing videos of the exhibiting children working on the production process and talking about their thoughts and feelings behind their works. Visitors will be able to feel the background and story of the works more intimately.
On the opening day, a children's workshop was held by picture book author Yoshikazu Takai. The children improvised under the guidance of the teacher, and the venue was filled with great enthusiasm. This workshop became one of the main attractions of the exhibition.
The purpose of this exhibition is to build a place for international children's art exchange and to allow children to freely express their thoughts and feelings, while at the same time deepening understanding of and connections between different cultural backgrounds. The International Children's Art Exhibition is scheduled to be held regularly in the future, and 10% of the exhibition fee will be donated to Plan International, an international children's support organization, to help support the education of children around the world.
The sponsor, CCAC Culture and Arts Center, was established in 1993 in Nishinomiya City and is now in its 32nd year. It has developed a wide range of educational activities, including Chinese, erhu, ink and color painting, and children's art, and has aimed for comprehensive growth in language, emotion, and culture through the arts. This exhibition is another example of our efforts to integrate art and education.
